Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! Our dogs were cozy and warm celebrating the holidays with the Somerville Dog Owners Group, Saturday afternoon, December 13, at City Dog Training, Somerville's community dog training and education facility. Dogs got to try out the agility equipment and, for the dogs' owners, there was a potluck feast!

Special guests, dog trainers Marjie Alonso (City Dog Training) and Liz Shaw (Magical Mutt), congratulated everyone on our great dogs and offered suggestions for the agility equipment.

The fun for dogs continues throughout the year: City Dog Training offers indoor playgroups: The adult playgroup is Monday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00; the puppy playgroup is Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00.

Liz has two classes starting in January: Basic Manners for Adult Dogs (Level I) starts Tuesday, January 6, at 8:00 p.m. and Beyond Basic Manners (Level II) starts Tuesday, January 20, at 7:00 p.m. Both classes are seven weeks.
