After the clean-up, come to a barbecue at Nunziato Field on Summer Street between Putnam Street and Vinal Avenue and check out the SomerGreen Festival at the Community Growing Center on Vinal Avenue! The Barbecue and the Festival begin at noon.

For the third year in a row the Somerville Dog Owners Group is participating in Spring Clean Up Day. We are also among the community groups participating in the first annual SomerGreen festival.

We invite Somerville dog owners and friends of Somerville dogs to join us in cleaning up our neighborhoods and celebrating open space and community at the SomerGreen Festival and Barbecue. Our goal again this year is for Somerville dog owners and friends of Somerville dogs to join the clean-up efforts sponsored by the City of Somerville in each of the seven wards:

WARD 2: Union Sq Parking Lot @ SCAT Building
WARD 3: High School Concourse
WARD 4: Healey School yard
WARD 5: Community Path at Cedar St
WARD 6: Davis Square, Statue Park
WARD 7: Hodgkins Park, Holland St
