Thanks to the generous people who donated items, volunteered their time, and shopped at the Somerville Dog Owners Group's third annual yard sale. We raised $611.30 to benefit off-leash recreation in Somerville, MA!

The featured shoppers of the day were prospective Somerville Somerville dog owners, Police Chief-Designee Anthony Holloway and his wife Andra Dreyfus. Animal Spirit (2348 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge) donated a gift "basket" full of food samples, treats and dog toys, including a chuck-it ball throwing aide. The "basket" was, itself, a medium-sized dog-food storage bin. The gift basket was given as a door prize to a lucky shopper who who won the random drawing at the end of the day.
