The deadline to register to vote in the municipal elections is Wednesday, October 17.
UPDATE 4 October 2007: Preliminary elections were held on Tuesday, September 25, for the mayoral race (city-wide) as well as for the race for Ward Six Alderman. In the preliminary election for Mayor, challenger Suzanne Bremer and incumbent Joe Curtatone advanced. In the preliminary election for Ward Six Alderman, challenger Charles Chisholm and incumbent Rebekah Gewirtz advanced.
