For the third year in a row the Somerville Dog Owners Group is participating in Spring Clean Up Day,

We are also among the community groups participating in the first annual SomerGreen festival, after the clean up from noon - 2:00 p.m.

We invite Somerville dog owners and friends of Somerville dogs to join us in cleaning up our neighborhoods. After the clean up, join the City's celebration of open space and community at the SomerGreen Festival and Barbecue. The SomerGreen Festival takes place at the Community Growing Center on Vinal Avenue, and the Barbecue is at Nunziato Field next door to the Somerville off-leash recreational area.

Our goal again this year is for Somerville dog owners and friends of Somerville dogs to join the clean-up efforts sponsored by the City of Somerville in each of the seven wards:

WARD 1: East Somerville Community School yard
WARD 2: Union Sq Parking Lot @ SCAT Building
WARD 3: High School Concourse
WARD 4: Healey School yard
WARD 5: Community Path at Cedar St
WARD 6: Davis Square, Statue Park
WARD 7: Hodgkins Park, Holland St
