Osgood Park is posted "No Dogs Allowed;" however, adjacent to the community gardens (at the bottom of the steps from Landers Street), there is a fenced-in sand-filled area about five feet wide by fifteen feet long. According to neighbors, this area is intended as a kind of doggie litter box.
